Weekly Menu Plan 2/3/13 – 2/9/13

Here’s our weekly gluten free menu plan for the week.

Sunday – Carrot Tahini Soup. This was very good! I love making soups because they are something the girls can help with. Delaney and I loved this one, Caden thought it had a little too much heat. Less red pepper next time.

Monday – Bacon, Leek, Zucchini, and Tomato Frittata. I’m hoping this is good because I need the leftovers for my lunches!

Tuesday – Hamburgers

Wednesday – Quesadillas

Thursday – Honey Glazed Chicken/Bacon Bites

Friday – Leftovers
