Here’s our weekly gluten free menu plan. In 2013 I’m making an effort to bring my lunch more often, so I’m trying to both plan meals that will make extras, as well as actually plan what I’m bringing for lunch so I buy the correct groceries instead of winging it.
Sunday – I bought a rotisserie chicken at the grocery store. The girls had roast chicken with corn and dinner rolls, I made Lime Chicken Salad with Avocado for myself, with enough extra to take for lunch on Monday.
Monday – Neighborhood NYE party
Tuesday – Chicken Burrito Bowls, with enough extra for me for lunch on Wed.
Wednesday – Steak Bites. This is one of our family’s favorite recipes. So flavorful, so quick to make, and everyone eats it!
Thursday – Quesadillas
Saturday – Birthday Party
