Here’s our gluten free (at least for me) menu plan for the week. I ate a bunch of gluten on Sunday (brunch is so my weakness) and felt awful the rest of Sunday and Monday, so I’m concentrating on sticking with the menu plan and eating clean the rest of the week.
Sunday – Lemon Chicken with roasted asparagus. This recipe was good. Nothing spectacular, but a solid recipe.
Monday – Leftovers
Tuesday – Shrimp with Roasted Broccoli
Wednesday – Southwest Chicken wraps (wrap free for me)
Thursday – Steak Bites with roasted sweet potatoes
Friday – Beef Tacos
Saturday – Dinner Out
