Questions that really make you think about what information and messages you want to send to your kids about all these issues! When my kids asked such thoughtful/challenging questions, I always started by asking them what they thought about it. Then you can take it from there, and give them only as much info as they want/need – often a lot less than we think when they first ask the question. And 5 year olds are notorious for wanting to know more about birth and death.
