Sunday – Roast chicken with carrot & parsnip puree. I love this meal and so do the girls. Everyone had seconds of both dishes. I also love how easy it is to make. Just thaw and put it in the oven!
Monday – Southwest Chicken wraps
Tuesday – Quesadillas
Wednesday – Crispy Chicken Taquitos
Thursday – Pancakes and scrambled eggs
Friday – Dinner out
Saturday – Bake Day!
