Here’s our gluten free menu plan for the week of 4/1/12 – 4/7/12
Sunday – Chicken Oreganato with Carrot & Parsnip Puree. The chicken was decent, not fabulous. The puree was so, so good! I’m not a huge fan of carrots, but I loved this. So happy to have a solid carrot recipe in the books.
Monday – Steak Fajitas paleo style

Tuesday – Shrimp. Breaded for the girls, roasted with broccoli for me.
Wednesday – Pineapple, Bacon & Chicken Kebabs
Thursday – Crispy Southwest Chicken wraps. Minus the beans for everyone, minus the tortilla for me. These were very good last time!
Friday – Dinner out.
