Here’s our gluten free plan for the week!
Sunday – Roast chicken and corn. This was Caden’s request and it was a good one. That roast chicken never disappoints.
Monday – Gymnastics. The girls will probably have scrambled eggs, I will have a salad with leftover chicken.
Tuesday – Sausage and Veggies. I’m going to use this recipe as a guide, but I’m going to do zucchini coins instead of julienne, skip the cream and drain the tomatoes.
Wednesday – Honey Glazed Ginger Tilapia. We took the girls out to dinner on Saturday and ordered them tempura battered walleye fingers. They never would have eaten fish, but we called them chicken and they gobbled them up. I’m planning to do the same here. eta – Bland. Creamy sauce was good, but the fish was bland. Plus, with the honey it totally burned and made a mess in my pan.
Thursday – Crispy Southwest Chicken Wrap. I’ll skip the tortilla and just do a chicken/rice bowl.
Friday – Steak on the grill. The girls have really started loving steak lately and with the warm weather, it was a no brainer.
